Friday, September 16, 2022 Jayapura – The Self-Help Team for Training and Empowerment of Village, Disadvantaged and Transmigration Communities in Jayapura carried out the presentation of the results of the identification of potentials and problems in 7 (seven) Village-Owned Enterprises in Jayapura City to the Village Community Empowerment Service of Jayapura City. This activity is a follow-up to the results of the Audience held last July by Assistant II of the Regional Secretariat of Jayapura City, Head of the Jayapura City Empowerment and Village Community Service (DPMK) and BPPMDDTT Jayapura. The Head of Jayapura City DPMK, Mr. Makzi L Atanay, the Secretary, Heads of Heads, Heads of Sections and Staff of the Jayapura City DPMK and the Jayapura BPPMDDTT PSM Team were attended and attended by. This activity was opened by the Head of DPMK and then the presentation of the results of the identification of potentials and problems by PSM Madya BPPMDDTT Jayapura Mr. Dominggus Rumadas. then the activity continued with a question and answer session related to the presentation delivered by the Jayapura BPPMDDTT PSM Team.

The identification of potentials and problems lasted for 2 months, starting on July 07 to September 07, 2022 with a target of 7 (seven) villages, namely: Enggros Village, Holtekam, Mosso, Skow Yambe, Kayo Batu, Waena and Tahima Soroma Village. Identification of the potential and problems of BUM Kampung is carried out to find out in depth about the problems faced by each BUM Kampung and what development potential can be carried out by BUM Kampung - BUMKampung in Jayapura City, so that BUM Kampung can move as a village economic driver to improve welfare of the village community.

The outputs of the activity are 1) Identification of problems and potential of BUMKam in 7 (seven) villages as the basis for developing and improving BUMKam; 2) The follow-up will be presented to the Acting Mayor of Jayapura on October 4, 2022; 3) Capacity building activities for 7 (seven) villages will be carried out in 2022; 4) Establishment of network and collaboration programs/activities between the City Government and BPPMDDTT Jayapura in the effort to develop BUMKam in Jayapura City. The activity ended with a photo with the Jayapura City DPMK with the Jayapura BPPMDDTT PSM Team.
