Arso, 01 August 2022, Located at the Grande Arso Hotel, Keerom Regency, the Village Owned Enterprise Workshop (BUMDes and BUMDesma for P3MD Professional Assistants) is a collaborative initiative of TPP P3MD Keerom Regency and PSM BPPMDDTT Jayapura. This event was opened by the P3MD Coordinator of Papua Province, Mr. Ady Purwoto as well as resource person for the TPP Certification Scheme followed by resource persons from PSM BPPMDDTT Jayapura, namely Mr. Ir. Agustinus Bagio, M.MT and Mr. Fredrik Ludwik Jhon Wanimbo, SE.

The purpose of this event is to socialize and educate about the importance of certification for TPP and how TPP's duties are in carrying out facilitation in the establishment, development and registration of BUMDes/BUMDESMA as legal entities in accordance with Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021.

This event was attended by several District Facilitators and Local Village Facilitators in Keerom Regency, Jayapura City, Jayapura Regency, Sarmi Regency, Yapen Regency and Pegungungan Bintang Regency, both face-to-face there were 60 people and streaming via Youtube: Session 1 Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cj8Bd4U0wH4&ab_channel=ERFFiles

This workshop activity was carried out using learning methods, group discussions and also presentations, the material was divided into two sessions in the first session followed by all participants then in the second session the participants were divided into 2 classes.

The event was ended by a joint tifa beating between the committee and resource persons from PSM BPPMDDTT Jayapura. Participants were also given a certificate for the workshop activities they had attended.

The activities carried out on a self-help basis from the participants are expected after the workshop activities take place the facilitators can facilitate the assisted areas so that the existing BUMDES/BUMDESMA can overcome any problems and can develop, and for villages/villages that do not yet have BUMDES/BUMDESMA the institutionalization process can be facilitated. BUMDES/BUMDESMA in accordance with the stages so that BUMDES/BUMDESMA have strong institutions so that they can provide great benefits for the community for the welfare of the Papuan people.
