Center for Training and Empowerment of Village Communities, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Jayapura

In accordance with Permendesa Number 9 of 2015 concerning Organization and Work Procedures of Technical Implementation Units within the Ministry of Villages, that one Echelon I Work Unit (UKE I) of the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, namely the Research and Development, Education and Training and Information Agency (BALILATFO) ), has a technical implementing unit with a working area in the Eastern Indonesia Region, namely the Community Training Center (BLM Makassar) with a work area covering training in the provinces of Maluku, North Maluku, Papua and West Papua. in accordance with Menpan RB Number B/266/M.KT.0½017 regarding the Establishment of a Technical Implementation Unit of the Jayapura Training Center within the Ministry of Village PDTT, and in accordance with Permendesa number 8 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Permendesa PDTT number 9 of 2015 concerning Organization and Work Procedures of Technical Implementing Units in the Kemendesa PDTT environment.

Permendesa Number 15 of 2020 concerning Organization and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Villages and Permendesa Number 23 of 2020 concerning Description of Organizational Functions and Tasks of Functional Position Groups at UPT within the Kemendesa PDTT, explained that there was a change in organizational structure and nomenclature, as in BALILATFO, into 2 UKE I, namely The Agency for Human Resource Development and Community Empowerment of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (BPSDM PMDDTT) and the Ministry of Village Information and Development Agency. in the Organizational Structure of BPSDM PMDTT oversees 9 (nine) Technical Implementing units, one of which is the Center for Training and Empowerment of Village Communities, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Jayapura or abbreviated BPPMDDTT Jayapura.

BPPMDDTT Jayapura Carry out its functions in accordance with Article 14 of Permendesa 15 of 2020, namely:

Preparation of plans, programs and budgets for facilitation and training of human resource development, as well as facilitation and mentoring of community empowerment in Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration;
Implementation of facilitation and training in human resource development, as well as facilitation and assistance in empowering rural communities, disadvantaged areas and transmigration;
monitoring, evaluation and reporting of facilitation and training in human resource development as well as facilitation and assistance for empowering rural communities, disadvantaged areas and transmigration;
implementation of other functions assigned by the head of the agency and;
implementation of administrative and household affairs of the hall.
